David White

Acoustic & Electric Bass

David White is an Acoustic/Electric & Synth Bassist in NYC.

He has subbed on Broadway shows such as, Aladdin, Wicked, Kimberly Akimbo, Lempicka, The Notebook, & A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical along with others.

Touring credits include; Hamilton: An American Musical, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, The Bridges Of Madison County, The Bands Visit, & Motown: The Musical

He held the bass chair on 2016's record-breaking The Illusionists: Turn Of The Century at the historic Palace Theater in Times Square.

Also an active performer in NYC's original music scene, he has shared the stage with Emma Rae, Charlie Brennan, Michael Mott, Kim McClay, April Kry, Dave Mackay Group, The Fates, Melinda May, The Shirtwaist Sisters, The Clubs, and The Love Revival Orchestra.

His original band No Fly List, released their first EP in 2023.

As an orchestral musician, he has performed with The South Shore Symphony, Garden State Philharmonic, Brooklyn Philharmonic, and Iconiq: The Soundtrack Orchestra.

Proudly hailing from Columbus, Ohio he is an alumni of The Berklee College Of Music. 

David lives in Queens, New York with his wife Regina and their many books, coffee mugs and calaveras.
